Persistent Determination. Every day you do work and others don't, you are a "plus 1". Being an Eagle takes effort, and it is a choice you have to make each and everyday. Tired of practicing, Eagles practice more. Tired of studying, Eagles study more. Perseverance is the hard work you do when you are tired from the work you already did.
